Nationally recognized and locally driven, Realtist Week is the signature annual initiative of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). From April 12th to April 18th, 2026, the Nashville Chapter joins chapters across the country to focus on a singular mission: Democracy in Housing.

This isn't just a week of events: it is a strategic movement to close the Black homeownership gap and build generational wealth in Middle Tennessee. Through advocacy, community education, and professional development, NAREB Nashville brings together real estate professionals, policymakers, and civic leaders to tackle the challenges facing our community and celebrate the power of ownership.

What to Expect:

• Advocacy & Impact: Engaging with leadership to discuss the State of Housing in Black America (SHIBA) and its direct impact on Nashville.

• Industry Excellence: High-level professional workshops, including our Mastering Pricing & Appraisal session, to sharpen the competitive edge of our members.

• Community Wealth Building: Our week culminates in the Building the Block: Wealth Expo, providing direct resources and education to the people of Nashville.
