NAREB Membership Cycle & Policy

As we look forward to another impactful year of promoting Democracy in Housing, please review our standard membership term and payment policies below:

• Annual Membership Cycle: The NAREB membership year runs from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.

• Single Annual Payment: Membership dues are processed as a single, one-time annual payment. We do not offer monthly installment plans.

• No Proration Policy: Membership fees are not prorated. Regardless of your enrollment or renewal date during this cycle, all memberships for this term will expire on July 31, 2027.​
