Our History

The Nashville chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers is a non-profit organization whose mission is to make certain communities of color are treated with dignity and respect by supporting African American real estate professionals.  NAREB was founded in 1947 and the Nashville chapter was formally established in 1997.  Our members are known as Realtists. 

What we're celebrating

NAREB Nashville is honored to celebrate the accomplishments of our fellow African American Real Estate Professionals with our 2023 theme of Black Excellence.   This achievement celebration is for all African American Real Estate Professionals and professionals intentionally working towards closing the wealth gap in Middle Tennessee through homeownership.    We want to celebrate your achievements whether you are a Realtist or not.  So come dressed in your best black attire and join us for an evening of celebration, food, music, and an overall good time.
