I am honored as well as excited to serve as your NAREB-Nashville President for 2022-2023.  We will be hosting a variety of events throughout the year that will cater to our community as well as our members. You will be hearing more about these events as the year progresses.  

 

Our mission this year is to coordinate the efforts of our members, sponsors, political officials, and our community organizations to increase home ownership and better affordable housing in and around the Middle TN area. Despite the challenges stemming from the pandemic, we are optimistic about all we will accomplish this year. Thus, our main initiative is to increase First- Time Homeownership within the African American communities locally by 1000. 

 

If you are a real estate professional looking for a way to get involved and give back to our communities, we can help. Any amount of time you have is great. Meetings are held on the Third Tuesday of each month during lunch, unless otherwise noted. We need your help to reach our goals of helping a 1000 new homeowners experience home ownership.  Become a member today! 

 

I would like to thank you in advance for all your support.  We are upon a new year with new challenges, but as previously mentioned we will continue to seek opportunities to make our footprint in equal and affordable housing as well as training/education on home ownership.  Let’s have a wonderful, productive, and fun year Nashville Realtist.
